Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free in France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, and Portugal, with no minimum order amount. No additional fees are added at checkout: the price displayed on the product page is the price you pay, including VAT.
What is the delivery time?
Please allow 3 to 5 business days from payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment, and the carrier will contact you to arrange a time slot when the appliance's volume requires it.
Can I return an appliance?
You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind. The appliance must be complete, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please contact us before any return to receive instructions.
